10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.




1. Setup is from 7:00 A.M. - 9:45 A.M. the day of the show.

2. Show ends at 4;00 P.M., vendors should not break down setup before end of show.

3. Items are to be displayed on or behind table. Items and displays must not obstruct aisles.

4. No items, displays, artwork or signage will be mounted to walls. The venue strictly prohibits the use of any adhesive, nails, tacks, fun tack, staples or any other type of fastener on walls.

5. Vendors are expected to remove any trash at end of show.

6. Availability of wall space is limited and typically reserved for existing vendors that purchase 3 or more tables.   

7. Special requests including those for electricity should be made 2 weeks prior to show date.

8. No refunds will be given if vendor cancels or no shows.

9. Vendors are responsible for obtaining a New Jersey state sales tax certificate and collecting tax on sales.

10. Vendors hold LLC,, the promoter, and any of its agents or employees harmless in the case of any loss or injury resulting from their participation as a vendor. Both promoter and venue are insured.
