VENDOR AGREEMENT

1. Setup is from 7:00 A.M. - 9:45 A.M. the day of the show.

2. Show ends at 5:00 P.M.. Vendors who break down setup before end of show will not be welcome at future shows.

3. Items are to be displayed on or behind table. Items and displays must not obstruct aisles.

4. No items, displays, artwork or signage will be mounted to walls. The venue strictly prohibits the use of any adhesive, nails, tacks, fun tack, staples or any other type of fastener on walls.

5. Vendors are expected to remove any trash at end of show.

6. Special requests including those for electricity should be made 2 weeks prior to show date.

7. Vendors are responsible for obtaining a New Jersey state sales tax certificate and collecting tax on sales.

8. Vendors hold fleamarketinc.com LLC, the promoter, and any of its agents or employees harmless in the case of any loss or injuryresulting from their participation as a vendor. Both promoter and venue are insured.

Payment can be made by check, money order, or Paypal. Payment indicates you have read and accept the above terms.
