VENDOR AGREEMENT

1. Setup is from 7:00 A.M. - 9:45 A.M. the day of the show.

2. Show ends at 5:00 P.M.. Please do not break down setup before end of show.

3. Items are to be displayed on or behind table. Items and displays must not obstruct aisles.

4. No items, displays, artwork or signage will be mounted to walls. The venue strictly prohibits the use of any adhesive, nails, tacks, fun tack, staples or any other type of fastener on walls.

5. Special requests including those for electricity should be made 2 weeks prior to show date.

6. If merchandise is taxable, vendors should obtain a New Jersey state sales tax certificate and collect sales tax.

7. Vendors hold fleamarketinc.com LLC, the promoter, and any of its agents or employees harmless in the case of any loss or injuryresulting from their participation as a vendor. Both promoter and venue are insured.

Payment can be made by check, money order, or Paypal. Payment indicates you have read and accept the above terms.
